Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Review and shortlist candidate resumes according to job requirements.
- Contact candidates and explain available job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview results and joining dates.
- Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets.
- Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.
Requirements
- Any graduate qualification is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Willingness to work in a recruitment environment.
