Intimate HR Consultancy is looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join its recruitment team. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting clients with their hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and employers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist clients in fulfilling their staffing requirements.
• Meet recruitment targets and maintain good candidate relationships.

Requirements

• Any graduate qualification is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
