Responsibilities and Duties 1 Training Program Design Create and develop training programs workshops and materials to design effective soft skill training 2 Responsible for conducting classes on Soft Skills Personality Development Interview Skills and Communication skills 3 Training Delivery Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to students 4 Assessment Evaluate students progress and performance to tailor training to their needs 5 Content Creation Develop and curate training materials and content 6 Coaching and Feedback Provide one-on-one coaching and constructive feedback to students 7 Evaluation and Improvement Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of training programs 8 Keeping up with Latest Trends Stay up to date with the latest trends in soft skills development 9 Record Keeping Maintain accurate records of student progress and training sessions 10 Motivation and Inspiration Inspire and motivate students to develop their soft skills Qualifications and Skills 1 The candidate should be effective in English communication 2 Good presentable skills well versed with training skills 3 Having around experience above 2 years FOR MORE DETAILS – 9946667525 Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 – 30 000 00 per month Benefits Internet reimbursement Work Location In person Expected Start Date 28 10 2024
