• Should have good communication skills
• Must have consistent academic records from class 10th onwards
• Should understand and translate business needs into data specific requirements and support the existing application
• Demonstrate high level of integrity and professionalism
• Ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a “will do” work ethic
